PURPOSE AND RESOURCES<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-96403ab elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"96403ab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">The purpose of the association is :<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Promoting, organising and creating shows, events and galas in various artistic fields, in favour of equal rights and against discrimination; encouraging inclusive and social events; creating links between individuals or legal entities sharing these values.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The association's means of action include :<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u2022 <\/span>organising events and galas,<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u2022 <\/span>the occasional sale of drinks and\/or food at these events.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">This list is neither restrictive nor exhaustive.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8cc6577 e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"8cc6577\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d2e9c68 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d2e9c68\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ARTICLE 4 - DURATION<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3025e13 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3025e13\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">The duration of the association is unlimited.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-df79365 e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"df79365\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fa522b9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fa522b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ARTICLE 6 - ADMISSION<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-396895b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"396895b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Members join the association by submitting an application, in particular by digital means or by any other method defined by the Executive Committee.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">All applications shall give rise to a provisional membership for a maximum period of thirty (30) days, during which time the Executive Committee shall examine the application.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Provisional membership immediately confers on the member all the rights and obligations of membership, under the same conditions as permanent membership.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">This membership is said to be \u00abprovisional\u00bb only in that it is subject to validation by the Executive Committee during the aforementioned period.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">At the end of this period :<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u2022 <\/span>or the Executive Committee accepts the membership, which becomes definitive,<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u2022 <\/span>or the Executive Committee rejects the application, giving its reasons, and informs the person concerned.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">In the absence of a decision by the Executive Committee at the end of the thirty (30) day period, provisional membership shall be deemed to have been definitively accepted.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d69e929 e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"d69e929\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eedea6f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"eedea6f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ARTICLE 6.1 - TERMINATION OF PROVISIONAL MEMBERSHIP<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dee712a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dee712a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">During the provisional membership period provided for in Article 6, the Executive Committee may decide not to validate membership.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">This decision constitutes a refusal of admission and cannot be equated with striking off, exclusion or a disciplinary sanction.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Refusal to validate automatically terminates provisional membership.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The data subject is informed of this decision by any appropriate means.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7cfc0ac e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"7cfc0ac\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2051464 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2051464\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ARTICLE 7 - MEMBERSHIP FEES<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eb50247 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eb50247\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Active members are those who join the association.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Membership of the association is free by default.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">At the time of joining or at any time thereafter, members may make a one-off donation of any amount they wish, with no obligation and no membership requirement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9767286 e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"9767286\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a9937ed elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a9937ed\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ARTICLE 8 - DEREGISTRATION<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fe537b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fe537b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Membership is lost by :<\/p><p><span class=\"s1\">\u2022 <\/span>Resignation.<\/p><p><span class=\"s1\">\u2022 <\/span>Death.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Expulsion by the Executive Committee on serious grounds, after the member concerned has been invited to provide explanations in writing or orally.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The deregistration procedure applies exclusively to members whose membership is definitive.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e9a4fc4 e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"e9a4fc4\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6eb44b1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6eb44b1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ARTICLE 9 - RESOURCES<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ec987cc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ec987cc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">The Association's resources include :<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u2022 <\/span>Manual donations and private aid that the association may receive.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u2022 <\/span>Amounts received from events organised by the association.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9325f78 e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"9325f78\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8169e95 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8169e95\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ARTICLE 10 - ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94b086b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"94b086b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">The association is not required to hold an Annual General Meeting.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">General Meetings are convened when the Executive Committee deems it necessary for the smooth running, management or development of the Association.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">General Meetings may be held in person or by any means of communication that allows for discussion and decision-making.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Decisions are taken by a majority of the votes cast.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7d55ac3 e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"7d55ac3\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-251ede9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"251ede9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ARTICLE 11 - EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0284e0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a0284e0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Extraordinary General Meetings may be called <b>at the sole initiative of the Executive Committee<\/b>, In particular, the General Meeting is responsible for any amendment to the Association's Legal Documentation, any exceptional decision or any issue affecting the future of the Association.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The members of the Association do not have the right to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Decisions taken at an Extraordinary General Meeting are binding on all members of the association.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The procedures for convening meetings are identical to those for Ordinary General Meetings.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Decisions are taken by a majority of the votes cast.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a8a58d e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"9a8a58d\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-61cde4d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"61cde4d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ARTICLE 12 - ARTICLE 2 \u2013 NOM L\u2019association a pour d\u00e9nomination : Hopz Haus. ARTICLE 3 \u2013 OBJET ET MOYENS L\u2019association a pour objet : La promotion, l\u2019organisation et la cr\u00e9ation de spectacles, \u00e9v\u00e9nements et galas dans diff\u00e9rents domaines artistiques, en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des droits et contre les discriminations ; favoriser des \u00e9v\u00e9nements inclusifs et sociaux ; cr\u00e9er du lien entre les personnes physiques ou morales partageant ces valeurs. Les moyens d\u2019action de l\u2019association sont notamment : \u2022 l\u2019organisation d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements et de galas, \u2022 la vente occasionnelle de boissons et\/ou de nourriture lors de ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements. Cette liste n\u2019est ni limitative ni exhaustive. ARTICLE 4 \u2013 SI\u00c8GE SOCIAL Le si\u00e8ge social est fix\u00e9 dans l\u2019entreprise de domiciliation ABC LIV, \u00e0 l\u2019adresse suivante : 32 Boulevard de Strasbourg, CS 30108 CX 75468 75010 PARIS Il pourra \u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9 par d\u00e9cision du bureau, ratifi\u00e9e par l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. ARTICLE 5 \u2013 DUR\u00c9E La dur\u00e9e de l\u2019association est illimit\u00e9e. ARTICLE 6 \u2013 ADMISSION L\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 l\u2019association s\u2019effectue par le d\u00e9p\u00f4t d\u2019une candidature, notamment par voie num\u00e9rique ou selon toute modalit\u00e9 d\u00e9finie par le bureau. Toute candidature donne lieu \u00e0 une adh\u00e9sion provisoire, d\u2019une dur\u00e9e maximale de trente (30) jours, pendant laquelle le bureau examine la demande. L\u2019adh\u00e9sion provisoire conf\u00e8re imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 l\u2019adh\u00e9rent l\u2019ensemble des droits et obligations attach\u00e9s \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de membre, dans les m\u00eames conditions qu\u2019une adh\u00e9sion d\u00e9finitive. Cette adh\u00e9sion est dite \u00ab provisoire \u00bb uniquement en ce qu\u2019elle est soumise \u00e0 validation par le bureau pendant le d\u00e9lai pr\u00e9cit\u00e9. \u00c0 l\u2019issue de cette p\u00e9riode : \u2022 soit le bureau accepte l\u2019adh\u00e9sion, laquelle devient d\u00e9finitive, \u2022 soit le bureau refuse l\u2019adh\u00e9sion par d\u00e9cision motiv\u00e9e et en informe la personne concern\u00e9e. En l\u2019absence de d\u00e9cision du bureau \u00e0 l\u2019issue du d\u00e9lai de trente (30) jours, l\u2019adh\u00e9sion provisoire est r\u00e9put\u00e9e d\u00e9finitivement accept\u00e9e. ARTICLE 6.1 \u2013 FIN D\u2019ADH\u00c9SION PROVISOIRE Pendant la p\u00e9riode d\u2019adh\u00e9sion provisoire pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 l\u2019article 6, le bureau peut d\u00e9cider de ne pas valider l\u2019adh\u00e9sion. Cette d\u00e9cision constitue un refus d\u2019admission et ne saurait \u00eatre assimil\u00e9e \u00e0 une radiation, une exclusion ou une sanction disciplinaire. Le refus de validation met fin de plein droit \u00e0 l\u2019adh\u00e9sion provisoire. La personne concern\u00e9e est inform\u00e9e de cette d\u00e9cision par tout moyen appropri\u00e9. ARTICLE 7 \u2013 COTISATIONS ET MEMBRES Sont membres actifs ceux qui adh\u00e8rent \u00e0 l\u2019association. L\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 l\u2019association est gratuite par d\u00e9faut. Lors de l\u2019adh\u00e9sion ou \u00e0 tout moment ult\u00e9rieur, les adh\u00e9rents peuvent effectuer un don ponctuel d\u2019un montant libre, sans caract\u00e8re obligatoire et sans condition d\u2019adh\u00e9sion. ARTICLE 8 \u2013 RADIATIONS La qualit\u00e9 de membre se perd par : \u2022 La d\u00e9mission. \u2022 Le d\u00e9c\u00e8s. La radiation prononc\u00e9e par le bureau pour motif grave, l\u2019int\u00e9ress\u00e9 ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 \u00e0 fournir des explications par \u00e9crit ou oralement. La proc\u00e9dure de radiation s\u2019applique exclusivement aux membres dont l\u2019adh\u00e9sion est d\u00e9finitive. ARTICLE 9 \u2013 RESSOURCES Les ressources de l\u2019association comprennent : \u2022 Les dons manuels et aides priv\u00e9es que l\u2019association peut recevoir. \u2022 Les sommes per\u00e7ues lors de manifestations organis\u00e9es par l\u2019association. ARTICLE 10 \u2013 ASSEMBL\u00c9E G\u00c9N\u00c9RALE ORDINAIRE L\u2019association n\u2019est pas tenue \u00e0 l\u2019organisation d\u2019une Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale annuelle. Les Assembl\u00e9es G\u00e9n\u00e9rales sont convoqu\u00e9es lorsque le bureau le juge n\u00e9cessaire au bon fonctionnement, \u00e0 la gestion ou \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019association. Les Assembl\u00e9es G\u00e9n\u00e9rales peuvent se tenir physiquement ou par tout moyen de communication permettant l\u2019\u00e9change et la prise de d\u00e9cision. Les d\u00e9cisions sont prises \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9 des suffrages exprim\u00e9s. ARTICLE 11 \u2013 ASSEMBL\u00c9E G\u00c9N\u00c9RALE EXTRAORDINAIRE Des Assembl\u00e9es G\u00e9n\u00e9rales Extraordinaires peuvent \u00eatre convoqu\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019initiative exclusive du bureau, notamment pour toute modification des statuts, d\u00e9cision exceptionnelle ou question engageant l\u2019avenir de l\u2019association. Les membres de l\u2019association ne disposent pas du droit de convoquer une Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale Extraordinaire. Les d\u00e9cisions prises lors d\u2019une Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale Extraordinaire s\u2019imposent \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des membres de l\u2019association. Les modalit\u00e9s de convocation sont identiques \u00e0 celles de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ordinaire. Les d\u00e9cisions sont prises \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9 des suffrages exprim\u00e9s. ARTICLE 12 \u2013 BUREAU L\u2019association est administr\u00e9e par un bureau compos\u00e9 de : \u2022 un(e) pr\u00e9sident(e), \u2022 un(e) secr\u00e9taire. Les membres du bureau sont \u00e9lus par l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Le pr\u00e9sident est \u00e9lu sans limitation de dur\u00e9e. ARTICLE 13 \u2013 INDEMNIT\u00c9S Toutes les fonctions au sein de l\u2019association sont b\u00e9n\u00e9voles. Les frais engag\u00e9s dans le cadre du mandat peuvent \u00eatre rembours\u00e9s sur pr\u00e9sentation de justificatifs. ARTICLE 14 \u2013 R\u00c8GLEMENT INT\u00c9RIEUR Un r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli par le bureau. Il est en vigueur et a pour objet de pr\u00e9ciser les modalit\u00e9s de fonctionnement interne de l\u2019association, sans se substituer aux pr\u00e9sents statuts. ARTICLE 15 \u2013 DISSOLUTION En cas de dissolution, un ou plusieurs liquidateurs sont nomm\u00e9s par l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale extraordinaire. L\u2019actif net est d\u00e9volu \u00e0 un organisme \u00e0 but non lucratif conform\u00e9ment aux d\u00e9cisions de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e.
