However, it applies to you if you attend one of our events or apply for membership.<\/p>\nThe purpose of these internal rules is to specify the internal operating procedures of the Hopz Haus association.<br \/>It applies to all <b>members<\/b>, as well as <b>volunteers<\/b>, This applies from the time of enrolment, including temporary enrolment.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">These rules supplement the Legal Documentation of Hopz Haus without replacing them. Any participation in the life of the association or in an event organised by Hopz Haus is equivalent to <b>full acceptance<\/b> of these regulations.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Hopz Haus is designed as a <b>\u00abSafe Place\u00bb<\/b> a secure, respectful and inclusive space. GENERAL PRINCIPLES<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a735fa3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a735fa3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">The Hopz Haus association is based on the following principles:<\/p><p>\u30fbrespect for people, without distinction or discrimination,<\/p><p>\u30fbsafety of the public, members and teams,<\/p><p>\u30fb artistic and cultural freedom within a responsible framework,<\/p><p>\u30fbcompliance with applicable laws and regulations.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Any behaviour contrary to these principles is incompatible with the spirit and values of the association.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-368caf2 e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"368caf2\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2d55547 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2d55547\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ARTICLE 2 - MEMBERSHIP AND SCOPE OF MEMBERSHIP<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c951f76 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c951f76\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">The main purpose of joining the association is to <b>support the association's project, its values and its purpose<\/b>.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Membership :<\/p><p>\u30fbdoes not give <b>no automatic right of access<\/b> to our events,<\/p><p>\u30fbthis <b>is not primarily about access to events<\/b>, these are organised independently of membership,<\/p><p>\u30fb does not imply any obligation on the part of the association to invite a member to an event.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Events can be accessed as follows <b>by invitation and subject to capacity<\/b>.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">If membership is definitively refused at the end of a provisional membership period, all bookings for future events may be cancelled.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cbca875 e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"cbca875\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f98127e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f98127e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ARTICLE 3 - BEHAVIOUR OF MEMBERS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-29fb77f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"29fb77f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Members undertake to :<\/p><p>\u30fbadopt respectful and responsible behaviour,<\/p><p>\u30fbrespect the instructions given by the association and its representatives,<\/p><p>\u30fb not endanger others or themselves,<\/p><p>\u30fb refrain from any comments or behaviour contrary to the values of the association.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">In the event of inappropriate behaviour (comments contrary to values, failure to comply with instructions, endangerment, inappropriate attitude), the association reserves the right to carry out a <b>call to order<\/b>, This does not necessarily constitute a statutory penalty.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4c1c7aa e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"4c1c7aa\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-98e34ea elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"98e34ea\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ARTICLE 4 - EVENTS AND PUBLIC ACCESS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cd5164f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cd5164f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">To date, Hopz Haus has organised the following events, <b>reserved for members<\/b>, this will ensure the consistency of the values promoted by the association.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Before each event, a publication is put online on the association's website to allow ticket bookings.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The Association reserves the right to:<\/p><p>\u30fbto pre-sort bookings by a designated event manager,<\/p><p>\u30fbto refuse access to an event to any person who is obviously drunk, or whose dress or behaviour is deemed inappropriate, according to a private policy comparable to that of nightclubs.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Tickets and, where necessary, identity are checked by security staff.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Refusal of access or exclusion from an event does not constitute a disciplinary sanction or expulsion from the association.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d32a387 e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"d32a387\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-04d7bfe elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"04d7bfe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ARTICLE 5 - VOLUNTEERS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0cb2f6f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0cb2f6f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">The volunteers involved in the events are <b>chosen by the association<\/b> according to need and availability. Their commitment may be one-off or recurrent, but is not compulsory.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">All volunteers must sign a <b>certificate of volunteering<\/b>. They are subject to these rules, even if they are not members.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Volunteers are skilled people who carry out their usual jobs or activities (barman, security, sound and light technicians, artists, etc.). They are trained and qualified to handle their own equipment, to manage the tasks entrusted to them and, where necessary, to collect money.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The association points out that it is <b>not for profit<\/b>. All proceeds are exclusively intended to cover the actual costs of organising the events (venue hire, transport, technical equipment, decoration, bar, insurance, website, domiciliation, printing of documents, etc.).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c413826 e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"c413826\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1a83600 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1a83600\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ARTICLE 6 - SAFETY AND LIABILITY<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-520357f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"520357f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Public safety is an absolute priority. Events are organised in secure venues, with the presence of security teams.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Volunteers and members must refer to the specific rules for volunteers.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The association cannot be held responsible for individual actions that contravene the law. In the event of a serious incident, the events are insured in the name of the organiser. Anyone acting outside the law will be held personally liable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f8cd92b e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"f8cd92b\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c9ab0b9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c9ab0b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ARTICLE 7 - IMAGE, COMMUNICATION AND CONTENT<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4af9db2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4af9db2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Members and volunteers are authorised to capture and distribute images or videos during events, particularly on social networks, as long as this content respects the image and values of the association.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The association reserves the right to request the <b>deletion of all content<\/b> deemed contrary to its values or image. This request must be complied without delay.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The association may use images or content captured during its events, provided that such content would not have existed without participation in the event.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2bf2f72 e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2bf2f72\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ab9584 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0ab9584\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ARTICLE 8 - RECEIPTS AND REFUNDS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3ddf06b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3ddf06b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">All receipts from events are made on a not-for-profit basis and are accounted for in accordance with the regulations applicable to associations under the 1901 Act.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">All requests for refunds (admission tickets or purchases made at an event) are possible. <b>up to five (5) days before the event<\/b>, to allow tickets to go back on sale.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">After this time, no refund can be guaranteed.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Reimbursements are subject to the conditions and deadlines of the payment service providers used (such as SumUp or Weezevent). ARTICLE 1 &#8211; PRINCIPES G\u00c9N\u00c9RAUX L\u2019association Hopz Haus repose sur les principes suivants : \u30fbrespect des personnes, sans distinction ni discrimination, \u30fbs\u00e9curit\u00e9 du public, des adh\u00e9rents et des \u00e9quipes, \u30fblibert\u00e9 artistique et culturelle dans un cadre responsable, \u30fbrespect des lois et r\u00e8glements en vigueur. ARTICLE 2 &#8211; ADH\u00c9SION ET PORT\u00c9E DE L\u2019ADH\u00c9SION L\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 l\u2019association a pour objectif principal de soutenir le projet associatif, ses valeurs et son objet. L\u2019adh\u00e9sion : \u30fbne conf\u00e8re aucun droit automatique d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements, \u30fbn\u2019a pas pour but principal l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements, lesquels sont organis\u00e9s ind\u00e9pendamment de l\u2019adh\u00e9sion, \u30fbn\u2019implique aucune obligation pour l\u2019association d\u2019inviter un adh\u00e9rent \u00e0 un \u00e9v\u00e9nement. L\u2019acc\u00e8s aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements s\u2019effectue sur invitation et dans la limite des capacit\u00e9s d\u2019accueil. ARTICLE 3 &#8211; COMPORTEMENT DES ADH\u00c9RENTS Les adh\u00e9rents s\u2019engagent \u00e0 : \u30fbadopter un comportement respectueux et responsable, \u30fbrespecter les consignes donn\u00e9es par l\u2019association et ses repr\u00e9sentants, \u30fbne pas mettre en danger autrui ni eux-m\u00eames, \u30fbs\u2019abstenir de tout propos ou comportement contraire aux valeurs de l\u2019association. En cas de comportement inappropri\u00e9 (propos contraires aux valeurs, non-respect des consignes, mise en danger, attitude inadapt\u00e9e), l\u2019association se r\u00e9serve le droit de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un rappel \u00e0 l\u2019ordre, sans que cela constitue n\u00e9cessairement une sanction statutaire. ARTICLE 4 &#8211; \u00c9V\u00c9NEMENTS ET ACC\u00c8S AU PUBLIC Les \u00e9v\u00e9nements organis\u00e9s par Hopz Haus sont, \u00e0 ce jour, r\u00e9serv\u00e9s aux adh\u00e9rents, majeurs, afin de garantir la coh\u00e9rence des valeurs port\u00e9es par l\u2019association. Avant chaque \u00e9v\u00e9nement, une publication est mise en ligne sur le site internet de l\u2019association permettant la r\u00e9servation de billets. L\u2019association se r\u00e9serve le droit : \u30fbde proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un tri pr\u00e9alable des r\u00e9servations par un responsable d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u00e9sign\u00e9, \u30fbde refuser l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un \u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e0 toute personne manifestement en \u00e9tat d\u2019ivresse, ou dont la tenue ou le comportement serait jug\u00e9 inadapt\u00e9, selon une politique priv\u00e9e comparable \u00e0 celle des \u00e9tablissements de nuit. La v\u00e9rification des billets et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, de l\u2019identit\u00e9, est assur\u00e9e par les agents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Le refus d\u2019acc\u00e8s ou l\u2019exclusion d\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e9nement ne constitue ni une sanction disciplinaire ni une radiation de l\u2019association. ARTICLE 5 &#8211; B\u00c9N\u00c9VOLES Les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles intervenant lors des \u00e9v\u00e9nements sont choisis par l\u2019association en fonction des besoins et des disponibilit\u00e9s. Leur engagement peut \u00eatre ponctuel ou r\u00e9current, sans caract\u00e8re obligatoire. Tout b\u00e9n\u00e9vole doit obligatoirement signer une attestation de b\u00e9n\u00e9volat. Il est soumis au pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement, m\u00eame s\u2019il n\u2019est pas adh\u00e9rent. Les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles sont des personnes comp\u00e9tentes, exer\u00e7ant leur m\u00e9tier ou leurs activit\u00e9s habituelles (barman, s\u00e9curit\u00e9, technicien son et lumi\u00e8re, artistes, etc.). Ils sont form\u00e9s, habilit\u00e9s \u00e0 manipuler leur mat\u00e9riel, \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les missions confi\u00e9es et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, \u00e0 encaisser des sommes. L\u2019association rappelle qu\u2019elle est \u00e0 but non lucratif. L\u2019ensemble des recettes est exclusivement destin\u00e9 \u00e0 couvrir les frais r\u00e9els li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019organisation des \u00e9v\u00e9nements (location de lieux, transports, technique, d\u00e9coration, bar, assurance, site internet, domiciliation, impression de documents, etc.). ARTICLE 6 &#8211; S\u00c9CURIT\u00c9 ET RESPONSABILIT\u00c9 La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du public est une priorit\u00e9 absolue. Les \u00e9v\u00e9nements sont organis\u00e9s dans des lieux s\u00e9curis\u00e9s, avec la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019\u00e9quipes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles et adh\u00e9rents doivent se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer aux consignes pr\u00e9vues dans le r\u00e8glement sp\u00e9cifique des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles. L\u2019association ne saurait \u00eatre tenue responsable des agissements individuels contraires \u00e0 la loi. En cas d\u2019incident grave, les \u00e9v\u00e9nements sont assur\u00e9s au nom de l\u2019organisateur le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant. Toute personne agissant hors du cadre l\u00e9gal engage sa responsabilit\u00e9 personnelle. ARTICLE 7 &#8211; IMAGE, COMMUNICATION ET CONTENUS Les adh\u00e9rents et b\u00e9n\u00e9voles sont autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 capturer et diffuser des images ou vid\u00e9os lors des \u00e9v\u00e9nements, notamment sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, tant que ces contenus respectent l\u2019image et les valeurs de l\u2019association. L\u2019association se r\u00e9serve le droit de demander la suppression de tout contenu jug\u00e9 contraire \u00e0 ses valeurs ou \u00e0 son image. Cette demande devra \u00eatre respect\u00e9e sans d\u00e9lai. L\u2019association peut utiliser les images ou contenus capt\u00e9s lors de ses \u00e9v\u00e9nements, d\u00e8s lors que ces contenus n\u2019auraient pas exist\u00e9 sans la participation \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. ARTICLE 8 &#8211; ENCAISSEMENTS ET REMBOURSEMENTS Les encaissements r\u00e9alis\u00e9s lors des \u00e9v\u00e9nements sont effectu\u00e9s dans un cadre non lucratif et font l\u2019objet d\u2019une comptabilit\u00e9 conforme \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation applicable aux associations loi 1901. Toute demande de remboursement (billet d\u2019entr\u00e9e ou achats effectu\u00e9s lors d\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e9nement) est possible jusqu\u2019\u00e0 cinq (5) jours avant l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, afin de permettre la remise en vente des places. Pass\u00e9 ce d\u00e9lai, aucun remboursement ne pourra \u00eatre garanti. Les remboursements sont soumis aux conditions et d\u00e9lais des prestataires de paiement utilis\u00e9s (tels que SumUp ou Weezevent). En cas d\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 de remboursement par ces prestataires, l\u2019association ne pourra \u00eatre tenue d\u2019avancer des fonds. Toute demande devra \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e en priorit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s du prestataire concern\u00e9, via les moyens mis \u00e0 disposition (formulaire en ligne ou courrier). ARTICLE 9 &#8211; MESURES INTERNES En cas de manquement au pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement, le bureau peut prendre toute mesure adapt\u00e9e, notamment : \u30fbrappel verbal ou \u00e9crit, \u30fbexclusion d\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e9nement, \u30fbsuspension de participation aux activit\u00e9s. Ces mesures rel\u00e8vent de la gestion interne et ne constituent pas n\u00e9cessairement une sanction statutaire. ARTICLE 10 &#8211; MODIFICATION ET APPLICATION Le pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur est applicable d\u00e8s l\u2019adh\u00e9sion, y compris provisoire.
