General terms and conditions of sale (GTCS)
Object
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the terms and conditions applicable to registrations and purchases related to events organised by the Hopz Haus association.
No direct sales
The louhopz.fr website does not collect cash directly.
The purchase of tickets or services related to events is carried out by exclusively via third-party ticketing platforms, in particular Weezevent.
Payment service provider
Financial transactions are managed by the chosen external service provider.
As such :
• payment,
• billing,
• the terms of repayment,
• payment disputes,
are governed exclusively by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the ticketing platform concerned.
Liability
The Hopz Haus association cannot be held responsible:
• a malfunction of the payment platform,
• a refusal to pay,
• a dispute relating to the financial transaction.
Access to events
Some events are reserved for subscribing members of the Hopz Haus association, in accordance with its articles of association and internal rules.
Access may be refused if membership conditions or internal rules are not respected.
Applicable law
These GCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
