On 11 November 2025, an association governed by the law of 1st of July 1901 and the decree of 16th of August 1901 was founded between the members of this Documentation of Association and those who will join in the future.
The name of the association is : Hopz Haus.
The purpose of the association is :
Promoting, organising and creating shows, events and galas in various artistic fields, in favour of equal rights and against discrimination; encouraging inclusive and social events; creating links between individuals or legal entities sharing these values.
The association's means of action include :
• organising events and galas,
• the occasional sale of drinks and/or food at these events.
This list is neither restrictive nor exhaustive.
The registered office is located in the domiciliation company ABC LIV, to the following address: 32 Boulevard de Strasbourg, CS 30108 CX 75468 75010 PARIS
It may be transferred by decision of the Executive Committee, ratified by the General Meeting.
The duration of the association is unlimited.
Members join the association by submitting an application, in particular by digital means or by any other method defined by the Executive Committee.
All applications shall give rise to a provisional membership for a maximum period of thirty (30) days, during which time the Executive Committee shall examine the application.
Provisional membership immediately confers on the member all the rights and obligations of membership, under the same conditions as permanent membership.
This membership is said to be «provisional» only in that it is subject to validation by the Executive Committee during the aforementioned period.
At the end of this period :
• or the Executive Committee accepts the membership, which becomes definitive,
• or the Executive Committee rejects the application, giving its reasons, and informs the person concerned.
In the absence of a decision by the Executive Committee at the end of the thirty (30) day period, provisional membership shall be deemed to have been definitively accepted.
During the provisional membership period provided for in Article 6, the Executive Committee may decide not to validate membership.
This decision constitutes a refusal of admission and cannot be equated with striking off, exclusion or a disciplinary sanction.
Refusal to validate automatically terminates provisional membership.
The data subject is informed of this decision by any appropriate means.
Active members are those who join the association.
Membership of the association is free by default.
At the time of joining or at any time thereafter, members may make a one-off donation of any amount they wish, with no obligation and no membership requirement.
Membership is lost by :
• Resignation.
• Death.
Expulsion by the Executive Committee on serious grounds, after the member concerned has been invited to provide explanations in writing or orally.
The deregistration procedure applies exclusively to members whose membership is definitive.
The Association's resources include :
• Manual donations and private aid that the association may receive.
• Amounts received from events organised by the association.
The association is not required to hold an Annual General Meeting.
General Meetings are convened when the Executive Committee deems it necessary for the smooth running, management or development of the Association.
General Meetings may be held in person or by any means of communication that allows for discussion and decision-making.
Decisions are taken by a majority of the votes cast.
Extraordinary General Meetings may be called at the sole initiative of the Executive Committee, In particular, the General Meeting is responsible for any amendment to the Association's Legal Documentation, any exceptional decision or any issue affecting the future of the Association.
The members of the Association do not have the right to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting.
Decisions taken at an Extraordinary General Meeting are binding on all members of the association.
The procedures for convening meetings are identical to those for Ordinary General Meetings.
Decisions are taken by a majority of the votes cast.
The association is administered by an executive committee made up of :
• a president,
• a secretary.
Officers are elected by the General Meeting.
The president is elected for an unlimited term.
All positions within the association are held on a voluntary basis.
Expenses incurred in connection with the mandate may be reimbursed on presentation of supporting documents.
The Executive Committee has drawn up a set of internal rules.
It is in force and its purpose is to specify the internal operating procedures of the Association, without replacing this Legal Documentation of Hopz Haus.
In the event of dissolution, one or more liquidators shall be appointed by the Extraordinary General Meeting.
The net assets are transferred to a non-profit organisation in accordance with the decisions of the General Meeting.
The annual reports and accounts are made available to the competent authorities in accordance with current regulations.
